Blackburn's Mars 4.0 has a 1-watt, ultra-bright LED, 2 side LED's and flashing and steady modes to keep you super visible. Plus, it easily attaches to your bike, rack or pack with the included mounts and it's light, durable and water resistant, too. You'll get up to 150 hours of runtime in flash mode.
I use the product for my night rides with LTRA. ([@]). The light was admired by a few friends for being so bright and costing only [$]. 180 Degree light with 2 yellow Led's on both sides is an added feature!
Bottom LineYes, I would recommend this to a friend
the lights in it self are awesome. very bright and attention getters of cars coming behind you. i ride over 100 miles a week. i dont always use the lights at night, i say about 3 times a week for 40 minutes on flash mode. im usually still in day light after work. the issue with the lights is that in about a week my batteries are already going dead. i noticed that after putting new batteries in and a few days it only has half the power and then about a week they almost dead. i just let it sit there before not using them at all just to experiment if what i was seeing was true and thats what was happening. its getting to expensive having to replace batteries every week. i have two on the back so whats the odds that two at the same time are killing my batteries about the same time in about a week.
